EPCB Consulting Services (costing method and conditions)

SERVICE RANGE:

Our professional services are developed with each client to ensure they are tailored to meet your needs.

We provide research, advice, plans, and the facilitation of reviews, exercises, and training.

CALCULATING FEES:

1. CONSULTING FEES - US$ a negotiated rate per hour (please note this is a base rate).

1.1 In-country rates are calculated on a five-day-week basis.

1.2 Fee rates include administrative support costs of report and document preparation, printing, communication, and computer facilities in the home country (of the consultant).

1.3 EXCLUSIONS: Fee rates are exclusive of travel costs, accommodation costs and reimbursable expenses. Participant related costs e.g. venues and supporting material or resources (e.g. Audio Visual, catering etc) are not included as costs to the cosultant.

2. TRAVEL COSTS & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES

2.1 Travel costs and expenses applicable to the specific assignment will be included as part of a negotiated lump sum fee. Expenses as follows should be provided for:

(a) Air Fares: Air travel will be at the best available fare fit-for-purpose;

(b) Traveling Allowance (includes accommodation): Covering a twenty-four (24) hour period of absence payable in accord with the rate of the current Australian Tax Office Determination TD 2007/21 Tier 2 - Table 2.

(c) Compulsory Arrival and Departure Taxes.

(d) Medical and medical evacuation insurance (for overseas assignments only); and

(e) Other reasonable costs as appropriate and identified as necessary (e.g. visa application and processing; travel to and from airports; local travel costs while overseas) to fulfill the requirements of the assignment.
